Giveaways – Official Rules Of Entry

ELIGIBILITY

All users have to be aged 17 or above on the date of entry. Users should also have the necessary Kudos Points to enter and be located within the geographical area stated.

HOW TO ENTER

Users who qualify to enter will see the “Enter Now” button. Otherwise, a ‘You do not qualify’ message will appear, highlighting the reasons why you are unable to enter the Giveaway.

WINNER DETERMINATION

Winners of each Giveaway will be selected by Smashbomb. The decision of Smashbomb is final.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified though the Smashbomb website messaging system.

SPONSOR DETAILS

Smashbomb Giveaway sponsor names are listed on each Giveaway next to the ‘Giveaway by’ text, for example ‘Giveaway by Smashbomb‘.

Smashbomb Giveaways are explicitly unrelated to Apple who are explicitly not a sponsor of Smashbomb in any way.

CHOICE OF LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with these Giveaways shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Kingdom.
